Shadow Work
Introduction

A Friday morning workshop into the parts of yourself you have been avoiding.

Every Friday

Early Morning

Online · Free · All Welcome

01 · Training

What is shadow work?

The shadow is everything in us that we have pushed away, denied, or been ashamed to name. Shadow work is the practice of turning toward it — with honesty, with support, and with the intention of becoming whole.

It is not about fixing yourself. It is about meeting the parts of you that have been running the show from behind the curtain.

02 · The Experience

What happens in 60 minutes.

Breathwork

Regulate your nervous system and open the body before the mind starts editing.

Meditation

Sit with what arises. Learn to witness without immediately turning away.

Inner Work

A Jungian-guided inquiry into the patterns, wounds, and stories beneath the surface.

Self-Worth

Begin restoring the relationship with the man you are, not just the man you perform.

03 · Who It's For

This is for the man who is ready to for, growth, depth and real change.

  • You feel stuck in patterns you cannot explain.
  • You are tired of performing confidence and want to feel it.
  • You crave depth in your relationships, not more small talk.
  • You sense there is more beneath the surface, and you are ready to meet it.

Safety, boundaries & confidentiality

  • Coaching and men's circles are personal development work — not therapy, psychotherapy or medical treatment. No diagnosis or clinical advice is given, and no outcome is guaranteed.
  • What is shared in a session or a circle stays there. Confidentiality may only be broken where there is a risk of serious harm to you or someone else.
  • Circles run on clear agreements: speak from your own experience, listen without interrupting, no unsolicited advice, take responsibility for your own process.
  • The relationship is professional. Contact happens through agreed channels only, and disrespectful or aggressive behaviour means removal from the space without refund.
  • If you are in crisis or dealing with significant mental health challenges, please seek support from a qualified healthcare professional — I will always say so if this work isn't the right fit right now and put you in touch with the appropriate professional in my network.
