The Container
A space to show up as you are, and be met by other men doing the same.
This is a container for men who are excited and determined to explore a deeper connection to themselves and to other brothers.

When can I join?
Intake is at the start of every month.
New men join the circle on the first week of each month. Apply any time and you will be placed in the next intake window — online or in-person in Lisbon.
Inside the Circle
Practice honesty. Give and receive support. Take action.
Receive and provide support
Be held by brothers, and learn to hold others. The support flows both ways.
Build awareness around self-leadership
Explore what moving forward and leading yourself actually means to you, not what the world says it should look like.
Practice being honest
Honesty is a muscle. Here you give and receive the support needed to take action, one step at a time.
What You'll Do
Here you will have the opportunity to:

Express yourself honestly, explore what discomfort you are struggling to face, and the challenges you're encountering that you want to overcome.

Investigate these challenges with a supportive group of men who also want to grow.

Create accountability — for yourself, and for the other guys involved.
Rules of Engagement
For a strong container.
What is talked about within the circle stays within the circle and is absolutely private.
We are committed to the group, are on time, or communicate early when we'll be late. If we can't make it we must tell the group exactly why.
We do not give unsolicited advice.
We give the group our full focus when we're here — phones at least 5 meters away from where we're sitting, and no other open tabs.

- €120 / month · online or in person · Monthly membership, renews automatically. Cancel any time with 7 days' notice.
- Schedule
- Online: Tuesday 18:00–20:00 WEST · Lisbon (in person): Mondays 18:30–20:30 WEST
- Timezone
- WEST (Lisbon time) for both online and in-person circles
- Group size
- Max 14 members in one circle.
- Sessions
- One facilitated 2-hour circle each week — opening round, focused work, closing round. Same men each week.
Safety, boundaries & confidentiality
- Coaching and men's circles are personal development work — not therapy, psychotherapy or medical treatment. No diagnosis or clinical advice is given, and no outcome is guaranteed.
- What is shared in a session or a circle stays there. Confidentiality may only be broken where there is a risk of serious harm to you or someone else.
- Circles run on clear agreements: speak from your own experience, listen without interrupting, no unsolicited advice, take responsibility for your own process.
- The relationship is professional. Contact happens through agreed channels only, and disrespectful or aggressive behaviour means removal from the space without refund.
- If you are in crisis or dealing with significant mental health challenges, please seek support from a qualified healthcare professional — I will always say so if this work isn't the right fit right now and put you in touch with the appropriate professional in my network.
