Jungian-rooted work for men

Jungian Life Coaching for Men

A practical way to meet the parts of yourself you have avoided, understand the patterns shaping your life, and turn deeper awareness into self-trust, direction, and action.

What it means

Go beneath the pattern, not around it.

Jungian life coaching looks beyond surface-level goals to the unconscious patterns beneath them. It asks what you repeatedly avoid, project onto others, or keep outside the version of yourself you show the world.

At Horizons, this is grounded in men's work, shadow integration, embodiment, and honest relationship. The purpose is not endless analysis. It is to become more aware of what drives you, take responsibility for it, and live with greater integrity.

The approach

Awareness that changes how you live.

01

Meet the shadow

The anger, grief, shame, need, and fear you hide are approached with curiosity. The aim is not to erase them, but to understand what they carry and bring them into conscious awareness.

02

Recognise the roles you live through

Archetypal patterns can reveal where you perform, withdraw, control, rescue, or abandon yourself. Naming the pattern creates room for a more honest choice.

03

Bring insight into the body

Understanding alone is not enough. Reflection is paired with embodiment practices, honest conversation, and attention to what your body is communicating.

04

Turn awareness into action

Each insight is brought back to everyday life: your relationships, work, boundaries, habits, and the direction you choose to take next.

Who it is for

For the man who knows the old approach is no longer enough.

  • You understand yourself intellectually, but keep returning to the same loops.
  • You want greater self-trust and a direction that feels genuinely your own.
  • You are ready to face anger, fear, shame, or grief without performing or hiding.
  • You want insight to become better boundaries, relationships, habits, and leadership.
